Louisiana Tech stormed back from an 11-point halftime deficit to defeat Coastal Carolina 23-14 at Independence Stadium in Shreveport. Quarterback Trey Kukuk sparked the comeback with a 52-yard touchdown pass to Marlion Jackson early in the fourth quarter, then Andrew Burnette punched in a 1-yard rushing score to give the Bulldogs their first lead at 18-14. Louisiana Tech's defense locked down the Chanticleers the rest of the way, while Kaegan Kent added a late field goal to seal the victory.
