LSU survived a late scare to edge Western Kentucky 13-10 in Tiger Stadium after Dylan Flowers' 71-yard fumble return touchdown brought the Hilltoppers within three points with just over a minute remaining. The Tigers built their lead on Trey'Dez Green's 11-yard touchdown catch from Michael Van Buren Jr. and two Damian Ramos field goals. Despite Western Kentucky striking first with an early field goal, LSU's defense dominated most of the night, allowing only three points until the late defensive score.
