Toledo overcame a halftime deficit to roll past Central Michigan 21-3 in a dominant second-half performance at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. After trailing 3-0 at the break, the Rockets caught fire when Kalieb Osborne connected with Chip Trayanum on a 57-yard touchdown strike late in the third quarter. Toledo pulled away in the fourth with rushing touchdowns from Kenji Christian and Trayanum, who scored his second of the day on an explosive 42-yard run to seal the victory.
