Connecticut stunned Buffalo 20-17 with a dramatic 44-yard field goal from Chris Freeman with just six seconds remaining. The Huskies controlled much of the game behind Joe Fagnano's touchdown pass to Skyler Bell and Cam Edwards' rushing score. The Bulls showed incredible fight, tying the game at 17 when Gunnar Gray found Al-Jay Henderson with under a minute left, but Connecticut's clutch final drive provided the game-winning points.
