Utah dominated the Rumble in the Rockies with a crushing 53-7 victory over Colorado at Rice-Eccles Stadium. The Utes exploded out of the gate with a 63-yard touchdown run by Byrd Ficklin in the opening minute and never looked back, building a staggering 43-0 halftime lead. Ficklin starred with two touchdown passes to complement his rushing score, while the Buffaloes' only points came on Ryan Staub's 1-yard run in the fourth quarter.
