Referral Campaign- Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 15th, 2024
These Referral Campaign Terms of Service (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Referral Campaign Program (“Program”). These Referral Terms form a part of
the Fanstake Fan’s Terms of Service (“Fan’s Terms”) which are incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Unless the context requires otherwise, all capitalized terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the meanings set forth in the Fan’s Terms. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Referral Terms.
1. Eligibility.
1.1. The Program is open to all registered Fanstake users with an active Account in good standing.
1.2. Fanstake employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. How the Referral Campaign program works
2.1 To participate in the Program, you must share your unique referral code (“Referral Code”) with others (“Referred Users”).
2.2 For you to receive any referral credits (“Referral Credits”), Referred Users must sign up for an Account using your Referral Code and complete their first Stake.
2.3 Referral Credits are capped at an amount equal to $25 per Referred User (“Free Stakes”).
2.4 Referral Credits earned are based on a Referred User’s initial Stake amount. For example:
- • If the Referred User Stakes $10, you will receive $10 in Free Stakes.
- • If the referred user Stakes $25, you will receive $25 in Free Stakes.
- • If the referred user Stakes more than $25, you will receive a maximum of $25 in Free Stakes.
3. Referral Credit Details
3.1 Referral Credits will be added to your Account within five (5) Business Days after the Referred User completes their first Stake.
3.2 Referral Credits are:
- 3.2.1 Non-transferable.
- 3.2.2 Non-cashable and cannot be credited back to your payment source.
- 3.2.3 Valid for use in future seasons or campaigns on the Platform if within the expiration time-period.
3.3 Referral Credits can only be used on the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.
3.4 Fanstake reserves the right to expire unused Referral Credits after twenty-four (24) months.
4. Unlimited Referrals
There is no limit to the number of Referred Users you can refer, nor the total amount of Free Stakes you can earn through referrals.
5. Program Restrictions
Fanstake reserves the right to void Referral Credits if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected including, but not limited to:
- Creating fake Accounts.
- Spamming referral links.
6. Program Modification, Suspension, Termination
Fanstake reserves the right to void Referral Credits if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected including, but not limited to:
6.1 Program Modification, Suspension, or Termination: Fanstake may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time in our sole discretion andwithout prior notice. However, any changes to the Program will not retroactively affect Referral Credits already earned.
6.2 Account Suspension or Termination: Fanstake may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate any Account for: (a) violation of these Referral Terms, (b)
violation of the Fan’s Terms, or (c) failure to comply with applicable regulations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Fanstake is not responsible for:
- Lost or misdirected Referral Codes.
- Technical issues preventing Referral Code use or Referral Credit allocation.
