Caitlyn Semple, a sophomore pitcher/infielder from Omaha, enters the 2026 season as a strong-character, high-work-ethic local add with two-way upside; Omaha coaches called her a strong athletic pitcher with a good bat and the kind of teammate who brings contagious energy. She was a Class A Second Team All-State pick at Millard West and, according to a 2026 preseason preview, is recovering from an ACL injury but should be full go and capable of soaking up innings.
