Julie Briody gives New Mexico a bench-to-bucket spark
Julie Briody has been a high-efficiency guard who can flip a game quickly, with New Mexico using her as an offensive spark off the bench; in the 2005-06 season she earned Mountain West Co-Player of the Week honors after key scoring bursts, and her value has come from instant scoring, aggressiveness, and poise in pressure moments rather than just raw volume. She looks like a fit for teams needing a tough, reliable backcourt scorer who can change momentum, though the available sources are older and do not provide current-season context.
