Big-bodied lefty with proven relief upside, but 2026 results have been uneven
Cristinzio is a 6-foot-3, 210-pound left-handed pitcher whose profile still fits a useful bullpen arm: he’s a physical strike-throwing build with past production, including 30 strikeouts in 35.2 innings and a 3.53 ERA in an earlier EIU season, but his 2026 numbers have been rougher, with D1Baseball listing a 10.80 ERA across 7 appearances. He’s the kind of pitcher a staff might target for toughness and matchup potential, though the current read is more development project than finished product.
