UNLV’s versatile linebacker with special-teams juice
Elexious Perkins II is listed by UNLV as a versatile defender who also excels on special teams, which is exactly the kind of glue-guy profile coaches love in the 2026 season. He looks like a fit if you want a LB who can do the dirty work, handle multiple roles, and bring energy, but there isn’t a current statistical breakout attached to his UNLV profile yet, so the evaluation leans more on role and upside than box-score production. The key takeaway: he’s a useful, flexible piece rather than a headline-grabber.
