High-Intensity West Georgia Pitcher with Elite Strikeout Potential Despite 2026 ERA Struggles
Wilson Donnelly, a right-handed pitcher for the West Georgia Wolves, is a data-driven standout defined by his **fierce intensity** and **elite strikeout ability** (17 SO in 27.1 IP in 2026), even as his 12.18 ERA reflects a challenging 0-4 start. His differentiator isn't just raw stats; he possesses a **career-best four-strikeout game** and shows **remarkable resilience** against right-handed hitters (4.50 SO/9), though he struggles with walks (11.61 BB/9 vs left). While his injury history is clean, his **high-intensity personality** and **aggressive mound presence** make him a risky but potentially transformative fit for a team needing a **fire-breathing starter** who can dominate in short bursts, provided they can manage his **walk rate** and **ERA volatility**.
