young YSU linebacker with upside, but current game data is thin
Jaylen Hewlett is listed on Youngstown State’s roster as a linebacker, but the available public search results do not provide recent college-game production, so his current on-field performance is hard to judge from stats alone. For a team, the appeal is the developmental upside: a linebacker prospect whose fit will depend on practice habits, physicality, and how quickly he translates into special teams or rotational snaps. Because reliable, recent performance and scouting detail are limited in the results, the best read is that he is more of a project than a proven impact defender right now.
