Veteran scoring wing with size, IQ, and academic gold
Ian DuBose was a productive 6-foot-4 guard for Wake Forest in the 2020-21 season, averaging 10.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in 24.6 minutes after joining as a graduate transfer.[3][12] His calling cards were size, versatility, and all-around impact—he had already proven he could carry a bigger load at Houston Baptist, where he averaged 19.0 points in the 2019-20 season and was named Southland Conference Student-Athlete of the Year.[6][9] Add in strong academics and a reputation for maturity, and he looks like the kind of tough, high-floor glue guy coaches trust when they want reliability, not drama.[7][6]
