Joah Chappelle brings size, rebound production, and rim protection to Georgia State
Chappelle is a 6-foot-8 forward who has already shown he can impact winning with rebounding, interior defense, and some versatile scoring touch. In the 2025-26 season, he averaged 7.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in 23.7 minutes, led Georgia State with 51 offensive rebounds and 24 blocks, and posted a career-high 23 points early in the season.[10][11] His edge is energy: he creates extra possessions, protects the paint, and has a proven track record from Pearl River, where he earned Freshman of the Year honors after a breakout all-around season.[11]
