Drake center Emma Donahue stands out as a defense-first impact player
Emma Donahue’s calling card is **defense and disruption**: she reportedly set a school record with **113 steals in the 2025-26 season**, a rare number for a center and a strong indicator of high motor, anticipation, and versatility. That kind of production suggests a player who can change possessions, pressure passing lanes, and bring intensity beyond the box score, making her a compelling fit for teams that value toughness and activity on the defensive end.[1]
