Karina Gordon gives FGCU a sharp-shooting, low-drama guard with real upside
In the 2024-25 season, Karina Gordon appeared in 30 games for FGCU and posted 78 points, 33 rebounds, 21 assists, and 18 made threes, showing she can space the floor and make quick, efficient decisions as a rotation guard.[1] She arrived from East Carolina after averaging 6.4 points and leading ECU with 48 made threes as a freshman, which points to a proven perimeter skill set rather than a one-hot-stretch fluke.[13] Early 2025-26 notes also show she’s contributing defensively and in multiple roles, making her a useful fit for a team that values toughness, shot-making, and a guard who can slide in without needing the offense built around her.[10][15]
