Rising DE with Intensity and 13-Tackle Breakout at Marshall
Bilal El-Amin, a 2006 sophomore DE for Marshall Thundering Herd, stands out for his relentless intensity and quick-twitch agility, having played 10 games (3 starts) in 2025 with 13 tackles and 1 tackle for loss. Unlike many DEs who rely solely on size, El-Amin differentiates with high-pressure instincts and a 4-tackle, 1-TFL performance in key bowl games, showing he thrives under pressure. With no injury history and a Lexington, KY roots that fuel his competitive fire, he’s a perfect fit for teams needing a disruptive, high-motor DE who elevates in critical moments. Why care? He’s a data-driven rising star with personality-driven intensity that stats alone can’t capture.
