Isaiah Fontaine brings size, rebounding, and veteran frontcourt depth to UTRGV
Fontaine is a 6-9 forward whose value is built on length, physicality, and board work rather than high-usage scoring; at Southern in 2016-17, he produced 11 points, 15 rebounds, and five blocks in limited minutes, and by 2019-20 he was an experienced senior for UTRGV. He profiles as a low-maintenance, interior-focused fit who can help a team defensively and on the glass, with enough frontcourt experience to stabilize a rotation.
