Austin Peay LB with the kind of edge coaches love
Ben Reust is a linebacker to watch for Austin Peay because the value here is traits as much as tape: physicality, effort, and downhill intent that fit a fast, disciplined defense. I couldn’t verify reliable 2025 game-stat leaders or season-specific production from the provided sources, so the cleanest read is that he’s a developmental defender whose appeal likely comes from contact willingness, special-teams utility, and coachability. If you need a tough, assignment-driven LB who should play with urgency and bring a blue-collar tone, Reust is the type worth a hard look.
