In the 2025 season at Assumption, Connor Smith posted 49 catches for 859 yards and 7 touchdowns, then arrived at Youngstown State as a 6-4, 190-pound senior transfer with proven outside-receiver production and All-NE10 / All-Super Region honors. He stands out for contested catches, downfield ability, and a big-bodied frame that can stress defenses in one-on-one matchups, especially near the goal line. That said, he’s still more of a matchup weapon than a fully polished route-tree technician, so he fits best for a team that wants size, explosiveness, and vertical value right away.
