Semo Sila brings a throwback linebacker edge to Saint Francis
Semo Sila’s profile screams dependable, physical football: Saint Francis listed him as a starter at inside linebacker, and in 2015 he led the team with 77 tackles, added 6 tackles for loss, and was also noted as a special-teams disruptor with blocked kicks and a strip-sack presence. The big differentiator is his all-around activity level — he shows up in the box, finishes plays, and impacts hidden-yardage moments. He looks like a fit for a defense that values toughness, discipline, and a linebacker who can play with real snap-to-snap urgency.
