Steady, battle-tested long snapper with NFL-caliber consistency
Pepper is a veteran long snapper and Michigan State alumnus whose value is built on reliability, not flash: he has appeared in 100 career NFL games across seven seasons, and NFL coverage even highlighted him with a game ball in Week 10 of the 2024 season. His differentiators are experience, consistency, and the kind of low-drama, high-trust specialization teams want on special teams; if you need a snapper who can handle pressure and keep the operation clean, he fits the bill.
