Kelvin Howell brings old-school Kansas State frontcourt toughness
Kelvin Howell is a 6-9, 240-pound senior forward/center for Kansas State, and his profile screams physicality, rebounding, and interior defense rather than flash. Kansas State lists him as a veteran big from Buckner, Arkansas, with junior-college experience at Westark CC, which usually points to a player who’s had to earn every minute and knows how to play through contact. His best fit is for a team that values toughness, screening, and dependable paint work over perimeter flair—if you want a bruiser who can set the tone, he’s your guy.
