McLafferty profile mismatch: veteran Monmouth tight end, not a current 2026 roster piece
Michael McLafferty’s available football footprint points to a former Monmouth tight end with legitimate receiving chops—an old Big Blue View draft note described him as a 6-foot-6, 255-pound target with size, strength, and natural hands, and Monmouth’s archives show he produced 23 catches for 228 yards in 2013. The catch: current roster and stat pages don’t show him as an active 2026 Hawks contributor, so he’s better viewed as a historical Monmouth TE than a current fit. If you need a tall, pass-catching tight end with proven production, he’s the archetype; if you need live 2026 impact data, that trail goes cold.
