physical, position-flexible linebacker with SEC experience
Kelan Chairs is a **linebacker** who brings **game-tested physicality** and a profile that fits an aggressive defense, with Mississippi State reporting a season-high two tackles against Troy and a tackle for loss during his 2023 season[1]. His differentiators are the kind coaches value beyond box-score stats: he has already shown he can contribute in a Power Four environment, play with urgency, and flash backfield disruption when given snaps[1]. For a team seeking a tough, rotational LB with upside in run support and special-teams value, Chairs looks like a reasonable fit[1].
