Jacob Gabler gives UT Arlington a long, physical right-handed bullpen look
In the 2026 season, the 6-foot-6 right-hander has been a usable bullpen arm for UT Arlington, including a two-inning, two-strikeout shutout outing against Lamar and a scoreless frame in the upset win over No. 24 UTSA. He’s a big-bodied, right-on-right matchup piece who can miss bats in short bursts, and UTA has trusted him in meaningful spots. The fit is straightforward: if a staff wants size, competitive presence, and a projectable arm with strikeout flashes, Gabler is worth a look.
