Cornell safety with limited public production but a roster spot in a competitive Ivy defense
Mbaba Sow is listed by Cornell as a safety, but the public stat trail is thin, with Cornell showing no season statistics on his roster page and ESPN listing him only as a Cornell Big Red safety. That means his value is likely coming more from practice reliability, scheme fit, and special-teams or depth-role traits than from box-score production. If you need a defensive back whose evaluation depends on film, toughness, and coach trust rather than headline stats, he is worth a look; if you need a proven on-field playmaker with measurable production, the public record does not yet show that.
