Skilled 6-2 playmaking guard who could stuff the stat sheet
In the 2020-21 season at UConn, Anna Makurat averaged 3.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.2 assists in 16 games, showing real value as a connector with size, passing feel, and rebound help from the guard spot. Her freshman year in 2019-20 was stronger statistically, when she posted 7.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.3 assists while shooting 41.0% from three, which hints at a versatile perimeter game. The differentiator is her 6-2 frame plus guard skills: a matchup problem when confident, though her UConn run also reflected inconsistency and a shortened role after she later moved on from the program.
