Brian Rimpf was a road-grader at ECU: 3x All-Conference USA, Senior Bowl talent
In the 2003 season, Brian Rimpf was the tone-setting anchor of East Carolina’s offensive line: a three-time first-team All-Conference USA tackle who had also earned honorable mention All-America recognition twice, and ECU credited him with helping pave the way for three 1,000-yard rushers. His calling card was power, consistency, and the kind of “go hit somebody” edge coaches love in an OT—plus he was battle-tested against elite edge talent like Julius Peppers and Dwight Freeney in college. If you want a dependable, physical offensive lineman with proven high-level production, he was absolutely a fit.
