John Schichtel is a name to track in St. Bonaventure’s backcourt
John Schichtel is listed with St. Bonaventure’s men’s basketball program as a guard, but the available public sources here do not provide verified 2026 season stat lines or a scouting profile to confirm his current role. For a fit check, the key question is whether he brings guard-level shot creation, defensive intensity, and consistent floor spacing—traits that tend to separate usable rotation guards from placeholder depth pieces. If he’s earning minutes in a veteran Bonnies environment, that usually signals trustworthiness, toughness, and coachability. Right now, the safest read is: intriguing backcourt piece, but the tape-and-tracking-data case is still incomplete.
