UTEP’s reliable chain-mover with proven production and veteran juice
In the 2021 season, Justin Garrett finished with 50 receptions for 685 yards and 4 touchdowns, and over his UTEP career he totaled 128 catches for 1,641 yards and 10 scores, so he brings real, bankable WR production rather than “potential” fog[1][2]. He was also praised as a leader on and off the field and earned All-Conference USA honorable mention, which fits a receiver who wins with consistency, toughness, and dependable route-running more than highlight-reel theatrics[3][4].
