Rim-Running 7-Footer Who Brings Rebounding and Size
In the 2022-23 season at East Carolina, Debaut appeared in 28 of 30 games and averaged 2.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 16.1 minutes per game, with a season-best 11 rebounds in two outings; ESPN listed him at 2.5 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. The 7'0" center’s value is less about shot creation and more about size, rebound pursuit, and simple paint production—useful for teams needing a defensive rebounder, screen-setter, and low-usage big. He’s a “role player with a job description” type, not a featured scorer.
