High‑Motor OVC Linebacker with Big‑Play Upside
Eastern Kentucky’s Steven Crowder is a 6'2", 225‑lb inside linebacker who pairs consistent tackling (63 stops, 9.5 TFLs, 2.0 sacks in a season) with rare ball‑hawk instincts, highlighted by a multi‑TFL, sack, and interception game that earned OVC Defensive Player of the Week honors. Coaches and scouting reports praise his sideline‑to‑sideline range, physicality at the point of attack, and high football IQ, while his Academic All‑District recognition underscores discipline and reliability off the field, making him a strong fit for programs valuing tough, intelligent, and versatile linebackers.
