Amber Land brings size, rebounding, and interior grit to Eastern Michigan
In the 2007-08 season, Amber Land, a 6-2 forward for Eastern Michigan, started 11 of 29 games and delivered a career-best 4.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, with a season-high nine boards and shot-blocking in 10 contests. Her value is the tough, low-drama stuff: she battled on the glass, protected the paint, and gave EMU a reliable interior presence. If you need a physical forward who plays with effort and positional size, she looks like a solid fit.
