Ethan Chandler brings compact, active DB energy to Gardner-Webb
In the 2025 season, Ethan Chandler logged 3 total tackles for Gardner-Webb, and his 5-foot-9, 185-pound frame suggests a scrappy, quick-trigger defensive back who has to win with instincts, leverage, and urgency rather than pure size. He’s listed as active and appears to fit the profile of a reliable depth piece or rotational DB with special-teams value. If you want a physical, undersized defender who can play with edge and keep hunting, Chandler is a reasonable bet.
