veteran linebacker profile built on high-school production and early Cowboys promise
Teran James is a McNeese linebacker whose calling card has long been production, toughness, and versatility—he posted 78 tackles and 11 sacks in his senior year at Capitol High and earned all-district, all-metro honors before bringing that edge to the Cowboys[1]. His official McNeese bio describes him as a freshman redshirt and notes he was getting his first work in August drills, but no collegiate stats are listed there, so the key read is upside rather than a proven college stat line yet[1]. If your team wants a physical, high-motor defender with pass-rush juice and some position flexibility, he’s the kind of player worth watching.[1]
