Merci Falaise is a rising **talent evaluator and recruiting operator** for NC State, not a current player
Falaise’s value is on the personnel side: NC State says he served as Senior Director of Recruiting after first becoming Director of Player Personnel, and he was promoted into a central role in shaping the roster. His differentiators are *program familiarity*, recruiting experience, and leadership—he’s a former NC State offensive lineman who returned to his alma mater and climbed the staff ladder, including reportedly being the first Black GM in the program’s history. That profile fits a team that wants a trusted, culture-aligned builder, but he is **not** an on-field tackle prospect.
