Spencer Laurie brings steady point-guard play and local-state pedigree to Missouri State
Laurie profiles as a dependable **guard** who contributes across the board, averaging **5.4 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists** with a **34.8% field-goal percentage** in ESPN’s listed season stats, while other stat trackers show a broader all-around line that includes scoring, playmaking, and some defensive activity.[3][1] At **6-1, 160**, he has the build of a classic floor general and comes from Springfield’s Kickapoo program, which adds familiarity with the region and a proven basketball background.[2] He looks like a fit for teams valuing **organization, ball movement, and steady guard depth** more than pure shot creation.[3][2]
