Tanner Carlisle brings strikeout upside in a small 2026 sample
Lamar’s redshirt junior **Tanner Carlisle** is a compact **6-foot-1, 185-pound right-hander** whose 2026 line shows **5 strikeouts in 4.1 innings across five appearances**, hinting at a power arm with swing-and-miss potential. He’s worth watching because the statistical sample is small, but the early results suggest a pitcher who can miss bats and give a staff competitive depth; the main question is whether he can expand that impact over a larger workload.
