Texas Southern DB Robert Joseph: Undersized profile, potential value if he brings speed and ball skills
Reliable public scouting data on Texas Southern defensive back Robert Joseph is limited, so the clearest takeaway is that he is a player to watch for fit rather than a proven stat-sheet star. If he earns snaps, the key differentiators will be DB traits that matter most at the FCS level—coverage versatility, quickness, tackling reliability, and special-teams utility—because that is what typically separates depth pieces from impact defenders. Right now, the appeal is upside and role flexibility, but a team would want more verified game production before treating him as a sure-fire starter.
