Big, long edge talent with a classic Boston College profile
Jim Unis is a 6-foot-5, 244-pound sophomore edge defender from Gloucester, Massachusetts, and Boston College lists him with no current stat line, so the story is more projection than production right now[1]. His appeal is obvious: size, length, and a local pedigree that made him a major recruit, plus old-school “projectable” edge traits that can translate if his hand usage and pass-rush consistency keep developing[1][3]. If you want a developmental defensive end who could grow into a disruptive piece, he’s worth a hard look; if you need instant production, he’s still more upside than finished product[1][4].
