Marquis Gorham brings slot-speed juice and return-game value to N.C. A&T
Marquis Gorham’s calling card is versatility: in his North Carolina A&T bio, he was described as an athletic newcomer who could work multiple roles, including kickoff and punt returner, and in his freshman season he set the school record for receptions by a freshman with 38 in 2012[2][4]. That kind of multi-phase explosiveness is exactly why he matters—he can stress defenses after the catch, add hidden yardage on special teams, and fit best with a staff that values speed, toughness, and gadget flexibility over a pure size profile[2][4].
