Emerging Salukis LB with Untapped Potential
Justin Thurston, linebacker for the Southern Illinois Salukis, brings raw athleticism and versatility from his high school days as a RB/OLB/WR standout (Class of 2021, Somerset Canyons via Hudl highlights), making him a dynamic fit for modern defenses needing speed and tackling intensity. With limited college stats available, his ESPN profile highlights consistent game presence, ideal for teams seeking high-motor players who excel in run support and coverage without injury red flags—watch him as a developmental gem for deeper rotations.
