Siriki Diabate brings a compact, blue-collar linebacker profile to Syracuse
Diabate is a 2-star linebacker prospect with a reputation for steady production and downhill effort, highlighted by 71 tackles in nine games as a senior in high school and 43 tackles plus 34 assists in recent college-level stat tracking. His value is less about flash and more about reliable run support, physicality, and compete level, which can matter for a defense that wants a willing tackler who shows up consistently. The main question is upside—he looks like a dependable depth or role player rather than a proven impact star, but that can still be a useful fit if your team needs toughness and consistency.
