Marist guard Maggie Gallagher brings captain’s poise and academic edge
Maggie Gallagher is best known as a steady, high-IQ guard who paired on-court leadership with elite academic consistency, earning three MAAC All-Academic Team honors and serving as a team captain for Marist.[1] Her value goes beyond box scores: she was viewed as a guard-development type with strong accountability, a two-way mindset, and the kind of professionalism that helps stabilize a locker room and raise the floor for teammates.[1][6] That profile makes her a strong fit for programs that want composure, culture, and dependable guard play over flashy volume.[1][6]
