Fred Landers brings low-usage efficiency and floor-spacing to North Florida
Landers is a forward whose recent North Florida role has been modest but efficient, averaging 2.6 points and 1.4 rebounds per game while hitting eight threes, with ESPN listing him at 2.5 points, 1.4 rebounds and 38.7% shooting from the field. His value is less about volume than fit: he can stretch the floor, play within a team concept, and provide depth at forward without needing touches to stay engaged. In short, he looks like a useful complementary piece for a roster that needs spacing and disciplined role acceptance.
