Amaya McPherson brings two-way value and a real bat to Norfolk State's staff
In the 2026 season, Amaya McPherson has been a true two-way piece for Norfolk State, appearing in 30 games with 24 starts while hitting .322 with 19 hits, 17 RBIs and 4 doubles, and she was also credited with key pitching work in 2025, including an 8-6 record and All-MEAC Third Team recognition. [1][6][7] Her differentiators are versatility, run production from the circle/lineup, and the ability to impact games in multiple ways, which makes her a useful fit for a staff that values competitive, flexible players rather than one-dimensional specialists.
