Wyoming's 2016 MWC Star QB with Clutch Playmaking Prowess
Jay Stoner, Wyoming Cowboys QB, dominated in 2016 with back-to-back MWC Offensive Player of the Week honors, including a stellar 20-of-30 for 302 yards and 3 TDs in one game and 21-of-29 for 303 yards and 3 TDs vs. Louisiana Tech—ranking #1 nationally with 32 starts that season. His differentiator? Ice-cold poise under pressure, turning games around with precise deep-ball accuracy and zero-turnover decision-making. No notable injury history; a proven leader who's a perfect fit for teams needing a battle-tested, high-volume passer ready to elevate offenses immediately.
