Jackson Reid brings left-handed speed, contact potential, and center-field versatility to EKU
Reid is a 5-foot-10, 180-pound left-handed outfielder who gives Eastern Kentucky a versatile center-field option with transfer experience and enough athleticism to handle a premium defensive spot. In the 2026 season, he hit .205 with 15 hits, 1 home run, and 9 RBIs, which suggests a player still searching for consistent offensive production but with tools worth betting on. His profile is appealing for teams that value runway, defensive range, and lineup flexibility over pure bat-to-ball polish.
