Troy Lefeged Jr. brings proven tackling production and DB versatility to Texas State
Troy Lefeged Jr. is a senior defensive back whose calling card is volume, toughness, and reliability: he previously led Utah State with 104 tackles in 2019 and has 91 career solo tackles, plus plays made with 3 forced fumbles, 1 interception, and 6 pass breakups on ESPN’s career log. Texas State lists him at 5-10, 195, which suggests a sturdy, physical fit in the secondary, and his history of starting multiple games points to a player coaches can trust in run support and coverage rotations. If you want a DB who competes hard and fills gaps, he checks that box.
